Efes opened first café, after 20 years food business. Through your support, we were able to break ground on a new cafe business in New jersey.
2001 marks 20 years of great Mediterranean food and the community that grew up around it.
We will continue to grow and change, but our roots will remain embedded in our founding mission: bringing better food to more people. Thank you for giving us the chance to grow.
While we have experience in the overall food industry; we like to focus on baking traditional Turkish, pastries, and desserts.
